Open version history from the editor to browse past states, see who contributed, and compare what changed. This is the place to answer “what happened?” without guessing.
When agents suggest or stage changes, review them before they become the accepted document state. Accept what you want; leave or discard the rest. Provenance remains so you can tell human edits from agent edits later.
